How Do I Figure Out the Right Size for Me?

Can my order be customized?
No, we do not customize orders.
How do I take care of my products?
All products are:
– Dry Clean Only, No Handwash or machine wash
– No Tumble Dry
How Can I Track My Order?
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. To track your order, please contact us.
Can I Cancel Or Amend My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
The order can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or over the phone.

What Are the Modes Of Payment Accepted?
We accept payment via all leading debit and credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, eWallets as well as Cash on Delivery by our authorized logistics partner. Should you face any issues while transacting, please feel free to contact us on the helpline given on every page and our representatives will be happy to assist.
Do You Accept International Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept International Credit Cards, but it has to be an INR transaction.
Is My Payment Secure?
We process your payments via secured & verified payment gateways. We assure you that the process is 100% safe and secure.
My transaction failed; I received a payment gateway error message. Please help.

Is there cash on delivery?
Cash on Delivery is available.
Shipping and Delivery
How Long Does It Take for The Product to Be Delivered?
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. On an average, we deliver orders between 7-14 business days.
What Are the Shipping Charges?
For all orders within India, we offer a minimal shipping fee which is displayed during checkout.

How do I reset my password?

Do I need to register myself to place an order
You may or may not. We have a guest checkout as well.

Yes, all the prices are inclusive of the GST.
Return and Exchange
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at contact@shopete.in
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we can exchange orders. Please notify the team within 2 days of delivery to be eligible.
